Reserve a Room

You may submit a request for a room by filling out the online form.

Due to demand for meeting rooms all reservations must be made online.

There are four meeting rooms available for use by nonprofit groups. No private parties, no fundraising, no admission fees.
You must be at least 18 years old to book a room

Groups may only have two (2) bookings on the calendar at any one time.

Meeting rooms will not be booked for parties of less than four (4). Please use the study rooms for groups of 1-4 people.
The Doris Roberts Gallery is reserved for large meetings only.

The Library does not do set up. You are responsible for ALL set up, and must return the rooms back to Library standards before you leave.  Please make sure to build in set up and take down time in your request.

If you need to use any of our equipment, please make sure you put that in the room request.  Equipment use must be reserved ahead of time.

Filling out a form does not automatically guarantee you a room.
All meeting rooms may be scheduled until 8:30pm Monday - Thursday and 4:30pm Friday, Saturday and Sunday. We are closed on Sundays June-August.  If the library is closed for a particular day, there will be no meetings scheduled for that day.
