Conference Rooms A & B are unavailable April 21 - April 30
The Library will be closed May 6, 7, 8 & 9, No Room Reservations
You may submit a request for a room by filling out the online form.
Due to demand for meeting rooms all reservations must be made online.
There are three meeting rooms available for use by nonprofit groups. No private parties, no fundraising, no admission fees.
You must be at least 18 years old to book a room
Groups may only have two (2) bookings on the calendar at any one time.
Meetings rooms will not be booked for parties of less than four (4). Please use the study rooms for groups of 1-4 people.
The Doris Roberts Gallery is reserved for large meetings only.
The Library does not do set up. You are responsible for ALL set up, and must return the rooms back to Library standards before you leave. Please make sure to build in set up and take down time in your request.
Filling out a form does not automatically guarantee you a room.
All meeting rooms may be scheduled until 8:30pm Monday - Thursday and 4:30pm Friday, Saturday and Sunday.

Seminar Room
The seminar room is 15 feet by 11 feet and holds a maximum of eight people.

Food and beverages are allowed in the gallery and conference room. A small shared kitchen is available with these two rooms as well.
